Florence restaurants - if you had to drop one

Would you drop

Cibreo
Le Fonticine
or La Giostra?

I have my list of "top 5" restaurants to visit and only 2 days (i.e. two lunches and two dinners).

Omero is a must due to the view and I've read great reviews.

Coquinarius was my favorite from last year, we gotta go back again.

The above three are left.

Le Fonticine was a rave from a few friends of mine so I figured we would try it out if we could.

thoughts?

thanks!

ps. If anyone thinks Omero is overrated, feel free to let me know. I guess none of them are a must but Omero did look good. Maybe we will have to stay for lunch the day we leave, and hit them all up. haha

We also have not enough days to eat at all the recommended restaurants in Florence when we go in 2 weeks. From your list, I kept La Giostra and Omero.

There are countless rave reviews in this and many other foodie boards for La Giostra and Omero is all about the view but I hear the food is excellent as well.

I'm not familiar with Le Fontine or Cibreo. Probably you can't lose. Whatever you miss this time you'll try next time.
