Florence museums

Now that the Firenze card no longer gets you priority entrance to the Uffizi and Accademia galleries, how is the best way to avoid the lines without making international calls? We will be there in May and want to make the most of our time.
Any other tips to be most efficiently see the museums and Duomo?

I believe you can buy them online. Try this site: https://www.uffizi.it/en/tickets

When we went in 2016 our B&B got us tickets for both these museums, we told them when we wanted to go. Worked very well for us.
