Florence-Hotel Jolly

Has anyone stayed at this hotel? How would you rate this hotel on the American rating system - 3 star, 4 star, 5 star. What is location re key sights in Rome. Do rooms have queen/king beds, Hotel restaurants how were they, hotel services, cleanliness, etc. Anything we should know about this hotel?

abate, althoughh I have stayed at some Jolly chain hotels I have not stayed at the one in Florence. Do not even remember seeing it. But if you go to the thread titled "Monogram Tours" there is a post dated Dec. 4th that states that the Jolly Hotel in Florence is quite away from the historical center. I appears that tour groups use this hotel.

I think it'd be really really far away from the key sights in Rome :-)
