Florence - Hotel Globus, hotel Mario's or Hotel Porto Faenza?

Jump to last reply

I am considering staying at Hotel Globus, Hotel Mario.s or Hotel Porto Faenza in Florence. Has anyone stayed at any of these hotels? Any comments? We will be staying for 3 nights in October. I like Hotel Globus for its location. But the other two are not far from Hotel Globus either. I'm looking for a clean hotel, decent size rooms (as big as I can get in Italy), decent wifi and decent breakfast. I do like to be in an active "neighborhood" setting. While many prefer to be towards the back of a hotel because of noise, I love to have a room overlooking the street. So please help me decide which hotel? Thanks for your help.

P.S. This is for my husband and myself.
