Florence "Foodies" & visitors - best BISTECCA?

Hello!! I have read through many forums / threads posted on the subjects of 'places to eat' in FLORENCE. Much appreciated for all the feedback and recommendations. However. . . . I need some help. . . .
(1).BISTECCA: My husband is a big steak lover and I would really like to take him to an amazing BISTECCA dinner - the real-deal T-bone steak in Florence (unless someone can tell me a steak in one of the NY steakhouses surpasses the quality of a BISTECCA - which I doubt :)

(2). LUNCH: We are looking for recommendations for 'quick' bites to eat/grab and/or preferably inexpensive lunch options (hole-in-the-wall extablishments are fine, as long as they are clean, as we don't need anything fancy, but we DO appreciate quality food/amazing meals, so we value that in a meal :)

Top recommendations from various forums are (not in any order); those with multiple recommendations have an * before the name.
