Florence airport hotel
 

Our international flight out of Florence Peretola-Vespucci airport is at 7 am. Is there a hotel that will inexpensively transfer us to the airport at 5 am? I am not opposed to staying on-site or adjacent to the airport for that one night, since I also expect to have to return a rental car to the airport on the previous evening (they don't let you return rental cars at 5 am!).

Alternatively, how difficult is it to get a taxi in Florence at 5 am?

I am afraid I don't have any info about the hotel, but Florence Airport is very small and just short taxi ride from Florence cntre,perhaps it would be more enjoyable to stay in town.

Last time, I had a early flight off Florence,the hotel booked a taxi for me without any difficulty.

from the center of Florence.. Staying at an airport hotel might present a problem in getting transportation tht early in the morning. By staying in Florence, your hotels concierge will be
able to make an early taxi reservatiion the night before to assure you will be getting to the airport on time for your flite.
