flights London or Amsterdam to St Pete
Does anyone know of any reasonable fares on these routes? I've looked everywhere I can think of and come up with nothing. Any advice gratefully received. This is for end of May/early June.

From London: When I went to St Petersburg a couple of years ago I couldn't find a budget option and ended up flying British Airways - it cost about £200 I think but this was in December, so I imagine May/June would cost more. You might want to check out www.whichbudget.com to see if there are any other options.
Also, www.cheapflights.co.uk lists a number of options from various London airports, all under £200, so you may be able to find cheaper than going to BA direct. |
St. Pete as in the former USSR or as in Florida?????
|
St Pete, Russia. Thank you Kate, yes I think BA is my best bet. There are fares around £300 at the moment. I'm just spoiled by Ryanair and Easyjet and don't expect to pay so much.

I know, we're all spoiled now aren't we. Still, I've just booked my flights with Ryanair London-Brindisi for Easter and it cost me almost £200! AND I don't get the nice BA luggage allowance, assigned seating or free drinks!

How about flying to one of the Baltic States & getting the train / coach from there
|
Alan, don't laugh at this, but that's what I'd do if I were travelling alone. However, I'll be with an American friend and she needs more luxury than me!! So BA it will have to be.
