I am flying in/out of Madrid from US and wanted to get an opinion. I am thinking of extending my stay to see Barcelona. If I fly there, is it better to book air tickets from Madrid/Barcelona before I arrive in Spain or can tickets be purchased while I am there a day or two beforehand at a reasonable rate?

This might be a good reason to fly Iberia or Spanair - - I think that they both have a program for cheap inter-Spain flights if you fly trans-atlantic with them.<BR><BR>You might want to ask this same question on the cheap flights forum of www.eurotrip.com as well.<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR><BR>Rex<BR>
