flight to Barcelona to Granada
 

Any suggestions for airlines for this flight.

My travel agent can get this flight for 248.00US dollars. This seems costly. Any thoughts?

I have just checked the same itinerary, just in its reverse direction, on Iberia's website (www.iberia.es). Lowest price for September 10 for an adult: 165 euros. If you can travel to Malaga instead, it is much cheaper, depending on the date and time. Try some combinations in Spanair.es, which flies to Malaga, but not Granada.

kbarshay - Try iberia.com. I did this flight in reverse for $30. Granted, it was February, but $248 seems really high. But it depends on days and times. I'd put in a bunch of different times or days and see what you can get. If you time it right, these flights can be really cheap - but you have to search for them.

Does Spanair fly this route?

I also flew Granada to Barcelona for about $30 using Iberia (in November, on a weekday). The fare is ONLY available on their website(not by phone through the airline), and ONLY on certain flights. Other fares on the same website for similar flights wer up to 300 euros!
Can you play around with the dates/times on their website?
