Flight delayed to from Manchester to Amsterdam

I have never been more sorry to fly with an Airline than I have with FlyBe when travelling to Amsterdam. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours at Manchester and there was no information regarding how long the flight would be delayed for, or even a reason as to why it was delayed in the first place. I've sent them an email but have heard nothing back. Can anyone suggest how I can proceed with the matter a little more forcefully?

Jane Cobblepot is very unlucky with delays on her flights. On the Rick Steves website, she says that she was delayed for 5 hours recently on an easyJet flight back from Lanzarote.

This time it's Flybe. In neither post does she say that it has happened to her twice in a short space of time, and she always wants to know how to claim.

What is going on?

She registered to ask and then another 'helpful' newbie registers to give her advice/link to a weird website. Obviously a tag team.

Totally useless information I know but my youngest nephew needs to use the same airline often, mostly to travel to the Scottish islands and occasionally Manchester and Birmingham, all for work reasons. Cancellations are regular and he now calls them FlyMaybe.
