Looking for recommended management companies for week-long stays each in moderately priced, centrally located studio or 1 bedroom flats in these three cities. Have not rented flats before so interested in tips, cautions from experienced renters! Thanks!

we rented from habitat in Barcelona and Spain -Select in Madrid.
Don't know about Seville. Hope there us something in your price range .( probably closer to high end)

I'm currently in Madrid staying in an apmt booked through Friendly Rentals. Location couldn't be better (in the centre... btw Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol) and the apmt is awesome!
