Flats by the Week in Amsterdam?

Anyone have recommendations on sites or agencies that arrange short-term flat rentals in Amsterdam?

I only need a small studio apartment for 1-2 weeks while there on business. Internet availability would be great but not required.

TIA!

Have a look at www.VRBO.com

Stands for Vacation Rental By Owner.

We've rented an apartment in Amsterdam from www.piedaterreproperties.com. Kathryn was very helpful. My only problem was that there was a heat wave in Amsterdam and the apartment didn't have a/c. I don't think many places in Amsterdam have a/c, though. There was a wired internet connection in the apartment.

We stayed at Hotel Residence le Coin last summer. It is a very nice place, in a great location across the street from the Hotel de L'Europe (sp?). It's made of about six row houses together. Rather newly done, I think. It caters to business people. Each 'room' has a kitchenette and is quite roomy. They also offer a continental breakfast in their lobby room. We had a very good rate for our five night stay. They gave us a discount because my husband was attending a university conference. I highly recommend them. (They have a website, but I don't know the exact URL.)

You could probably find a B+B for that length of time. Google B&B Amsterdam for scores of possibilities.
