Fishing in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway

Has anyone good advice to one wanting to fish in Denmark, Finland, Norway, or Sweden? Primarily a fly fisherman, but any kind of fishing is better than no fishing. Licenses, guides, places, tackle, etc., any and all advice would be appreciated. I will only have one or two days to fish in each country as I am taking my elderly parents and friends. Thank you.

There is no doubt that Norway, Sweden and Finland in general are better fishing destinations than Denmark. However, if staying in a capital such as Copenhagen, you will find it quite convenient that plenty of hotels would have fishing opportunities just outside their entrance. I would especially recommend Adina hotel (close to the Little Mermaid and the cruise ships) for this purpose!

Hi jefi99, that sounds interesting as I've been to Copenhagen and am sure to go back. But I never tried to fish there. What kind of fish do people try for?
