I'm glad it worked out with Tourofitaly. We've had some wonderful times with Giovanni and his son, Giancarlo, over the years. I hope you do, too.

If you decide to look into ALBERGO DEL SENATO for your last night, see if you can book a room a room overlooking The Pantheon. It's a spectacular sight, esp. at night when the rotunda is lit up!

Weadles, I just tried to book that room at Albergo Del Sonato but they have no accomodations for that night. I was disappointed because you make it sound perfect for our last night in Italy. Any other ideas. Thanks

Just back for our first trip to Italy and Europe. I did all the planning.
Husband says "Whatever you want to do", "I'm really not excited about going"

Now it's "When we go back....!"

You've planned a wonderful trip. He'll be saying the same things.

Sorry to hear the Albergo del Senato is full. That's where we stayed while we were in Rome. Definitely stay near the Pantheon -Piazza Navona.
