I absolutely would not rush to the Amalfi Coast for 1-2 days. It's jammed with tourists, it's overpriced, and IMO it's just not that special (but that's my personal prejudice - I hate expensive places that are expensive just because they are on the water and have great views). I would add the time to Venice and the Tuscan countryside.

You can save a half day in Venice by taking the overnight train from Paris to Venice rather than spending most of the day flying - getting to airport two hours early - getting to the airport - back in, etc. www.thello.com for info.
