Barbara, whether you use JustAirports or another minicab service or one of the three public transport options that are usually recommended here ((1)tube from Waterloo or Westminster, involving one change, (2)tube or taxi to Paddington, changing to Heathrow Express, (3) train from Waterloo to Feltham, connecting bus from there), you are probably looking at leaving your hotel at between 11 and 11:30. That gives you an hour for the journey, BMI domestic check-in an hour in advance (an assumption on my part, maybe it is more), plus an hour for queuing and contingencies.
