If you read the description and the reviews you will see that this sounds like a great place. We certainly hope it will be. There are other villas on that website, too.

I would recommend taking a train from Rome to Orvieto and then picking up your car(s). This villa is about 45 mins over winding roads from Orvieto, which is, itself, a really nice small hill town to visit.
