Fireworks in Venice
 

Can anyone tell me about the, I believe, third weekend in July and what the event and fireworks are for in Venice? Also, exactly where are the fireworks located? Does it get very crowded in July? I guess, yes, but say twice as much as in April? Thanks.

Thanks Matt, I'll try the site. But if anyone has actually been there when the fireworks go off, where do most people watch them from?

Interesting. I'd like to know about this weekend too! Are the fireworks held from Friday to Monday, or during the week?
