Finding your train at Madrid Atocha Rail Station

Is it possible to find out what platform my train to Pamplona will be on prior to arriving at the station? If not, does someone know how far in advance the information is posted at the station.

Atocha ? You'd better get your station right before worrying about a platform. Think it might be Chamartin but better check. Trains from Atocha go to the south. Pamplona is to the north. Also get yourself a map of Spain.

Give yourself plenty of time to get to station and find your train. Saying this, all the Spanish stations were well marked and was easy to find platform upon arrival-like an airport.
