4 Nights in Prague
We are spending four nights in Prague with no Itinerary. Other than drink beer, what should we see in Prague? We enjoy the arts, culture and good food. Not much for the night life scene.

OK Minty:
here are some scenes of Prague top familiarize you with fascinating city. Since beer is important to you, may I suggest drinking in one of the old brown pubs in town..."U Flecku"...fun place to wet your whistles. It was cold, snowy and wintery when we were last there. Although it was mid- March, temps got down to 20F, with snow. We crashed a press conference for the late poet/President Vaclav Havel. A kick!

I'll also be in Prague next month and love good food and beer as well. I'd also be curious for good recs on places to eat--local places, maybe trad. Czech with a bit of modern flair? Fresh ingredients..foody type. Good coffee shops and lunch places? When do you fly out okMinty?

Nice seeing you STU hope you are well. not long back from a trip to Berlin and back in Prague on the 15th may for the beer festival and the world Ice hockey finals (hoping a friend is going to get us tickets)
OKminty, you are going to be going during the warnmer weather so get out to some of the beer gardens to enjoy drinking in the fresh air.Regrovy Sady beer garden has a big screen TV so if there are any big sporting events they get shown there/
This link will give you derails of the beer garden and some great pubs, also numerous great micro-breweries that are worth visiting, good food in most of these place too, again you will see my reviews of many of these places on my trip Advisor profile.
