Finding transportation in Paris

We will be arriving in Paris via Eurostar at Paris Nord. What is the most economical means and how do we get to the L'Open Tour bus stop?
Thanks

This isn't really an answer to your question but my friend who is in Paris now sent me this link where you can put in any address in Paris and it will tell you how to get there. Hope this helps.

Are you looking for the closest Open Tour stop to the train station or will you be going to a hotel/apartment first to drop off luggage?

There are many Open Tour stops so you'll need to be more specific on which stop you need to get to.

In general the most economical way to get any place is to walk. The second is to take the metro or bus.

Stop #53 on the Yellow tour stops in front of Gare du Nord. For details, see

An all-day Mobilis card valid on every bus, Métro, tram, and train in all 20 arrondissements costs 5,60€.

I was curious about this so looked up stopping points for L'Open Tour. It appears you can board at Gare du Nord and buy your ticket on the bus.

Alternately, details, including how to buy tickets online, and at locations in Paris, are on www.grayline.com web site.

It also looks like they offer a shuttle at the end of the day directly from Auber (near Opera) to Gare du Nord.

Reviews from past users are on TripAdvisor. Comments include those about erratic schedules, but with no control over the traffic and having to stick to fixed routes, you should expect delays. Factor this in if you plan to use L'Open to get you back to gare du nord.

Click on the link given above, then on L'OpenTour in the upper left-hand corner, then on Open tour brochure. The brochure is zoomable and has maps of all the routes. The stop at Gare du Nord is #53 on the Montmartre-Grands Boulevards route.

Or click on the link given above the link given above and go straight to the brochure.
