Finding accommodation in Prague

Hi all,

My name is Shina and I am based here in Prague, finding accommodation can be hard and time taking ... why not try www.nosift.com — a service that notifies people interested in accommodation. I want to combine listings from various accommodation services and send users to any new offer that matches their interest.

What we're trying to solve is:

- Reduce the amount of time spent going through multiple sites
- Get quick notification once a new offer is listed from over 15 services
- Get the right contents instead of filtering through various websites

I had these problems myself (took ~2-3months to find a place) and I really want to make it easier.

Regards,
Shina

Hello
Welcome to Fodors where advertising is forbidden. Why don't you do it on TV like xxxx which says it compares 200+ sites ?

@WoinParis

Sorry for that, indeed I haven't contributed much here but I thought sharing tips would help.

Its not ads at all as the site is not doing any ads or earning anything in return. I was thinking of editing or deleting this post but I couldn't find how... do you know?

It isn't a "tip" if you own the company or work for it. I don't believe for a minute that your website is purely altruistic. First, it ends in .com which right away says it is not. Second, you have a whole list of hotel companies, etc., at the bottom which you hope to gain as clients.

You are nothing but a site like kayak.com only not nearly as good. Your product is not original nor very good, people don't want to sign up with you for you to tell them when some hotel or apt. is available, they want to search for themself and book themself. An aggregator should not require waiting for someone to notify you.

I suggest you look for another job as you aren't going to make money from this website. Also, you've been posting this all over the internet as advertising in hopes of gaining customers, you are not just "sharing tips."

YOu also are not very good with websites or computers if you can't figure out how to requrest your post be deleted, simply it the triangle for reporting to the moderators, say it is your post, and you want it deleted.

Ads survive longer on this site than comments about Donald.
But comments like these got me expelled from tripadvisor. Who are obviously stupid ...
