Final choice, Casa Albertina or Villa Rosa

Help, no I am really confused, I have booked at the Villa Rosa in a suite (triple)(nothing else open) during June for 3 nights @ 290 euro, I just heard back from Casa Albertina for 260 euro per night. Any thoughts on these two properties and is it worth the extra fees. I can't believe how expensive things are these days !!! Yikes. Any help would be most welcome.

I love the Casa Albertina but be aware that the last 80 steps to the front door can be a killer.

The Villa Rosa sure has lots of steps, also!
Yikes is right(!);I am really amazed at the price of the VR--290 euro per night? In late May,2001(still lira, before euro) we stayed in a double ,and it came to less than $90/night, private patio, gorgeous view.
We loved the VR; it is a beautiful little place, and we thought it was fantastic, for the price. And I guess it was, considering what it's going for now! On the other hand, maybe all the hotels have increased similarly?

Please let us know when you return about your experience at whichever hotel you choose. I am dumbfounded at the prices!
