Hey, how about a GTG at the end of next July in Valencia ? Big bulls, the beach, concerts, fireworks, paella, lots of seafood and great veggies (for those namby-pamby non-meat eaters), plus all the usual Valencia attractions. Perhaps Lincasanova who lives there could help with arrangements.

We'll be in Bayonne at the end of July for their festival, "Fêtes de Bayonne", and Feria del Toro.

That sounds good. I'd go for the Jambon de Bayonne in a flash !
