I've rented though www.paris-sleeps and loved the apt. on rue de l Ecole Polytechnique, on the 5th floor. It might not be in your budget (I was splitting rent with a friend). But I loved everything about that apt. Gail was a dream to work with too.

Well we decided to go with the one in the 15th with the gorgeous view. The agency is great to deal with, so easy. They happily gave me email addresses of numerous poeple who have stayed in the apartment recently (all had given permission for their address to be shared.)After hearing back from 3 so far, all with glowing reviews and detailed answers to my questions, I called today and booked. We've reserved the apartment for 8 nights next May and I'll be sure to do a trip a report when we return. Now I just have to wait 9+ months to go!!
