fax number for vatican museum tour?

fax number for vatican museum tour?
according to the vatican museum web site, the fax number for individuals requesting a tour date/time is: 06-698-84019

can't connect though -- do i have the right number, or is it just one line that is always busy?

or do they turn off their fax machine, or is just crumbling infrastructure??

Put the international dialing access number in front: 011.06.698.84019

Actually that is not the complete number either.

Dial 0ll (for international) 39 (for Italy) 06 for Rome and then the rest of the number.

actually we dialed 011-39-06-698-84019, but had no luck...

I faxed them a couple days ago at 011 39 06 6988 5100, this is the number I have for the 2hr vatican museum/sistine chapel tour.
