Not for makeup, but I always stop a L'Occitaine for my fix of their lemon verbena scented items. I especially love the soap and the toilet water. I know you can buy L'Occiatine other places than just Paris, but there is no store around me so I always think of it as special to my trips to Paris.

Cite Pharmacie and Pharmacie Fouhety are the same ..I've always called it Fouhety , but if you look at the sign by the door , it's called Cite..rue de Four aand rue Bonaparte.

I love R&G Eau de Gingembre and they have huge bottles ..about 500cc..for about 1/2 the US price.
