Fav Italian Foods
What's the best food to eat in Italy in six days?
|
If you are in Milano - you've got to try the Risotto - any flavor!!! It is (according to some locals I know) a specialty in that region and you'll see why once you've tried it!!!

Lily

I agree with risotto--my fav is with porcini mushrooms. Most of the veal dishes are excellent[vitello], the Tuscan hearty soups are a pleasure, but the national treasure is gelato. The pasta dishes are obvious to you. Have fun and eat well--it is hard not to.
