What sould a family of four do in only 3 days in Munich. I'm 42, my wife is 41 and have two sons (14,10). We will be going to Salzburg and Vienna. We have no idea on what to do. We do not want to get bored.

The Deutches (sp?) Science Museum is excellent, tons of hands on exhibits. A great day trip is Neuchanstein castle (sp again...). Dachau was sobering but very interesting. In Salzburg your sons might find the Salt Mine tour interesting, and the big fort, I can't remember the name... Hope that helps, have a great trip!

If you have no idea what to do, I assume you are stuck there for a business meeting, and not going there on vacation. In that case, it might be better not to take the whole family if you really have no inteest in the place.

How could anyone possibly be bored in any of these wonderful cities? Just do anything!
