Fall Weather

Still working on my wife's Paris Birthday Trip...What's the weather like in Paris in the fall, like October, November and early December?

Chilly, gray, sometimes rainy. Short days getting quite short by December (dark around 4:30 pm).

See www.worldclimate.com for some specific numbers.

Best wishes,

Rex
We always go to Paris in Oct-Nov and sometimes in March.
We prefer Oct-Nov.After the heat of the summer we are ready for cool crisp days and nights, the crowds are not so bad,the fall menus are in the restaurants, game, cepes, partridge.
We have been lucky, there have been maybe one or two rainy days, but not downpours, an umbrella is all you need, you can walk to the museum, most times when you come out the rain is over.I know this was long winded, I miss Paris:)

It was wonderful last year in October/Nov..never wore more than a jacket or sweater , rained once in 6 days there. Other times we have used raincoats , more as coats than for actual rain. Been there 5 or 6 times in late Oct. and the weather has always been most pleasant..but then I live in a hot climate and appreciate the crisp cool air!

Rex; Thanks for the world climate web site. I'd been looking for a web site like this.
