Fado in Lisbon
 

Thinking about booking a Fado show. I looked at reviews of Mesa de Frades and comments are all over the place.

Would love some suggestions. Thank you!

Fado in Lisbon-----There are soooooo many options! The concierge of our hotel always recommends O Faia in Chiado. I've enjoyed the long establish Senhor Vinho in the elegant Lapa district, but it would be an Uber/Bolt/taxi ride from where you're staying most likely. There's also Clube de Fado in Alfama next to the Sé (Cathedral), owned by guitarist Mario Pacheco.

I enjoyed the fado at Clube de Fado, and FWIW, I also greatly enjoyed my dinner there.
