experience with www.onefinestay.com???
I am planning a trip to London midMarch - there will be five in our party and finding hotels has been difficult. I came across www.onefinestay.com and it seems like a great idea - reviews are good BUT still nervous - has anyone used the site???
an other option is Jesmond Hotel.

I am nervous because I have read about people booking apartments and when arriving they did not have a place to stay.
I would feel more comfortable hearing directly from someone who has used the site.

When renting apartments, it is always a good idea to check for recommendations from people who have used the agency or website. I have linited experience renting apartments in the UK (I've rented several in France and Spain with no problens)but I have used londonconnection.com with reasonably good results. A few weeks before our trip they emailed to say that the flat we had reserved was no longer available because of complaints, so they offered us another, more expensive apartment for the same price. We were satisfied with the service. Can't help with the site you're looking at though.

We are booked into a onefinestay apartment next month and it is our first experience with them. All email communication has been promptly answered and the staff have been very helpful. I'll be able to tell you more after our stay. We did find a number of articles in the press and some reviews of other apartments here: http://www.flipkey.com/frontdesk/vie...4/onefinestay/
