Thanks for the enlightenment....made me laugh!!! I just joined Fodor's to check on dollar-euro exchange, having forgotten about the ATM from last time I was there....the pre-paid VISA was just offered as a back-up to the person who , now I guess last year, said he/she didn't have an ATM...Cheers and happy traveling!
