Eurotrip - Poland, Czech, Hungary, Croatia and Turkey
Last year me and my friends decided to take a trip to Europe, but not the more touristy western part of the continent, but the lesser traveled Eastern part of the same.
We landed at the Vienna airport and directly took a night train to Krakow - our first destination.
The first day was spent going around the city visiting its monuments, taking a walk by the riverside as well as enjoy the great city center.
The next day, we visited the place we had come to Krakow for - Auschwitz, which is situated at an hours distance from the city. It was the largest and the only surviving concentration camp from the Nazi times. The place just overwhelmed me after listening to the stories of the atrocities that had taken place at the camp.
A more detailed report of the first leg can be found at : http://wanderer-abhijit.blogspot.in/...auschwitz.html
The next part of the report would contain details of the next leg of the journey - Prague.
Will post the same as soon as I get down to writing the same.
