Eurorail-Is there a Berlin-Bamberg route?

Our travel agent booked my family with 4 German Twin-pass tickets on Eurorail. Part of our trip consists of traveling from Berlin to Bamberg, and our agent assured us this can be done using the Twin-Pass.

However, when I go to the RailEurope site to check times, it says "No Route Exists" between these two venues. Does anyone know if this route actually exists via Eurorail?

There are direct trains between the two cities every two hours, and many other trains that require a couple of connections throughout the day. I looked up the route here: http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

I'm visiting Bamberg next spring. Can't wait.

As an editorial comment, you will find that Rail Europe can be relied upon for two things: one is incomplete schedules and the second one is highly inflated prices. I have done some checking and found that RE's prices can be as much as 70% higher than the same ticket bought in Europoe. That is non trivial money!!
The best sources for train information in Europe are the various national train web sites. The best ones of the bunch in my experience are the German Bundesbahn site and the Swiss Federal Railroads site. Of course my interests are primarily in the Bavaria, Austria, and Switzerland region.
But there are times when the German site seems to know routes in France better than the sNCF site.
You can find the German site, in English, here:
http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/detect.exe/bin/query.exe/e
I think you will find it most informative.
For example, the first train to Bamberg that does not reqire a change leaves Berlin Zoo station at 8:27. The run time is 4 hours and 22 minutes.
Check out the German site, it is a very usefull place to know about.

CORRECTION. CORRECTION My error.
The train I mentioned leaves from Berlin for Bamberg at 8:27 from the Berlin OSTBAHNHOF.
Ost = east.
It leaves the Zoo station at 8:10, after originating in Hamburg.
That is the kind of error that causes people to miss trains!! Sorry.
