Thanks to all who have taken time to reply. I have found everyone's reply educational.

Good to know people love shopping in the USA.

I am also surprised to read that most travelers find prices in the US lower and more affordable, which is always attractive for any shopper.

When I travel to Europe or Asia, shopping is indeed fun if I stick to the authentic crafts items or artwork. Of course, it is truly fun to look and see the different flavors of eatables, different designs on clothings and the eye-catching craftsmanship.

That is why, traveling the world is fun.
