European train travel
I'm going to Europe over the Christmas / New Year period with some friends, travelling to Hamburg, Prague and Budapest. I don't think booking our train from Hamburg to Budapest will be a problem as I've had a look on Deutsche Bahn's website, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding a way to book a train from Prague to Budapest. It would be ideal if we could order them from somewhere here in London. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You may not want to use this website, but I just pulled up the tickets on www.raileurope.com with no problem. They may be more expensive on that site.

Thanks, I knew about that site, just wondered whether there was any way of ordering European tickets from somewhere in Europe rather than through America! That is always an option though. Thanks for the reply.

In UK contact Ffestiniog Travel?: www.festtravel.co.uk as they issue Continental tickets and reservations, etc. ph 01766 512400 Or trainseurope: trainseurope.co.uk which apparently is affiliated with Thomas Cook and says you can book at Thomas Cook offices. Or RailEurope on Piccadilly in London though i've heard that they've stopped issuing point-point tickets.
