Would it be possible to validate my Europass and make reservations at Charles DeGaulle airport?

Yes. I believe that the SNCF airport office is open from 7:30AM to 8:00PM. <BR>

where is it located...is the SNCF station near air france terminal?

I believe there is one in each Terminal : 1, 2A, 2B, etc. In case you couldn't find it, follow "TGV" signs, and you'll land in a full-size train station. Or if you are going to Paris by RER, know that RER is operated by SNCF, so you'll also be able to validate your pass at the RER station.
