The Marne flows into the Seine just south of where the Périphérique crosses the Seine.

The Oise flows into the Seine near Conflans-Sainte-Honorine.

Which other main rivers are there in the area?

grrr May 22nd, 2015 11:50 PM

The Meuse or Maas is another river.

You'll know that the most populaer name for a river in the UK is "Avon" (and that includes the Welsh ones that are "Afon") but do you know what Avon means....River!

So we go on the River River....

Maine- no yours is spot on correct - these are indeed the two main rivers I had in mind so not sure of why there is confusion but I apologize for any - unbeknownest to me - you did more than answer but told exactly where.

Cheers!
