Euro Disney?

Has anyone ever been to the disneyland in Paris? is it worth it? I am a die hard disney person and try to go to the one in Los Angeles any chance that i get and i'll be going to paris in July and wondering if i should check it out? If any one has gone please let me know what you've thought about it; thanks!

It's called Disneyland Paris, not EuroDisney.

Do a text search - there's been several Disneyland Paris postings in the past two weeks.

Just for fun, I just did a search using Euro Disney and got 17 responses! It may not be the correct name, but it seems to be a pretty popular varation. And didn't you know what Erica meant, X?

It was called EuroDisney for the first year or two after opening and then was renamed Disneyland Paris

I knew what she meant. But, it did seem silly for someone who was a "diehard" Disney fan not to know the right name.

Went to Disneyland Paris last October. Very easy to get to on the RER and can be easily toured in one day. Much, much smaller than Disney World in Florida with a shorter parade. Some is in French "Phantom Manor" but most songs are the English version. When we were there Frontierland was decorated for Halloween. It was a lot of fun and we met people from all over Europe.

Just like any US Disney, Disneyland Paris is well worth it - BUT it depends on if you are there on a high occupancy day whether you have an ok day or a great day. If you like roller coasters they have a couple of really good ones, the rest of it is vintage disney. Don't listen to all the nay sayers, DP is a first class amusement park. Have Fun!

DLP is larger than the Magic Kingdom and has some better rides.

The most important thing that hasn't been mentioned is that there is a 2nd park there now, Wlat Disney Studios. I haven't been there yet.

I've been to DLP once with my partner, and 2 days with our grandchildren.
Great place.

Doug
