How can one purchase eurail pass in the US. My son will be leaving in a few days. He will be traveling thru switzerland/france/ Germany. below is the Eurail link but does not have info on buying passes in US

I don't know if he has time to get one as they have to be mailed.

If he doesn't have time to get one, he might save some money by buying some type of Swiss pass (Half Fare Card, Swiss Flexi, etc.) which can be purchased in Switzerland, but it depends on how much travel he will be going. He can buy them at Swiss train stations. There are also some passes available in Germany.

I bought a regional pass, spain/italy and it took me 7 days to get it.
It was extremely fast considering that shipping is included, I didn't have to pay express shipping.
