Epoque Hotels in Rome?

I have looked at the website for Epoque Hotels in Room - there seem to be a number of them and at a reasonable prices $150-200 a night in August. We prefer not to be near the Station. Has anyone stayed at any of these hotels, which one and would you recommend it? Many thanks.

I looked at all ten of them and wasn't impressed with the location of any of them. I'm sure that's why they are only $150-$200 per night.

Is this your only hotel chain choice?

Very many hotels in Rome have reduced prices in August.

Bardo1 is probably one of the frequent visitors to Rome who prefer a hotel within or near to the triangle formed by Campo de Fiori/Pantheon/Piazza Navona.

The Epoque Hotels that I might consider (although I also prefer the above area) are the ones near the Spanish Steps. Any of the others are too far away from the center.

A friend and her family (brothers, sisters, parents) stayed at the Inn at the Spanish Steps 2 years ago. I only remember because she has been recommending it to me ever since. So take that for what it's worth--maybe not much.

I also prefer the Navona/Campo/Pantheon areas.
