Ephesus-luggage storage??
 

Hi All,

I will be travelling next July. I will most likely book Hotel Samos and then the next morning, take the ferry to Kusadasi, see Ephesus, and then head out to Izmir, for a flight to Istanbul.

A few questions:
1. Is there a place for me to store luggage or should I just hire a private driver for the day to pick me up from Kusadasi, take us to Ephesus for 3-4 hours, and then drive us to the airport.
2. How much do you think this would cost for 2 adults?
3. What time should I aim for my flight to IST on Turkish Air? I was thinking around 7 pm.

You can not find a place to put your luggage anywhere in Kusadasi or Selcuk where you will visit Ephesus and other places.

You will be at the harbour sround 10.30-11 Am and 7PM Plaine to Istanbul would be OK with you.
I will be in Kusadasi (as usual) next July if you want I can creat a daily tour for you. If you want write to my e-mail I will write you back for detailed tour.

Actually I was thinking....my flight arrives Samos at 1650. Instead of staying overnight in Samos, should I go straight to Kusadasi and stay in that area. That way I can leave my luggage while I visit Ephesus and then pick it up as I go to the airport?

If so, what hotel would you recommend? I saw some hotels even offer free transportation to and from Ephesus. Also would I be able to catch a ferry after 1650?

ok from what i see the last ferry leaves at 1700 to kusadasi. Probably won't make it.

Come to Kusadasi and you can stay in here or Selcuk then take a ephesus tour of course you can leave your luggage in Hotel then to Airport.

Stayin in Turkey side is better then samos.
If you can not make it to Kusadasi you can use morning ferry to Kusadasi.
