Enjoyrome.com reservations

I sent off a request to join the Rome evening tour offered by enjoyrome, as well as a request for a reservation at the Borghese Museum (they offer this service if you book for their tour). This was last Friday, and I haven't heard back from them. For anyone who has used them, am I being too impatient in expecting a reply? When I reserved for Italian hotels, I always received a reply in about 24 hours. Other companies take longer?

PS We'd really like to do the Scala Reale, but the lousy exchange rate has put the kabosh on that!

I believe Enjoy Rome replied to me last year but they were very confusing in their replies. I went for another one - they employ actors as guides - (adults - not young kids)I'll look for the name of the other tour service & GET BACK TO YOU & rec. them highly - very knowledgable and affordable---the Vatican tour - guide talked continually - felt I received much, much more than the fee I paid. wISH THEY WERE IN fLORENCE - THEN i'D BE SET for Oct. when I go.

dln - I used enjoyrome for tours in January and I am quite sure they replied the next day or so. Possibly things were slower then - I would resend your email just in case it got lost in computer heaven.

I booked two tours through Enjoy Rome in June plus reserved Colosseum tickets through them. I received a prompt e-mail from them the next day. Both tours (Vatican & Ancient Rome) were great! And having the tickets reserved at the Colosseum saved a long wait in line. I would highly recommend this tour group. I suspect they are busier now. I would suggest calling them directly. I did on another matter and spoke with someone who was very helpful.

Thanks all for answering--just checked my inbox and there was a confirmation from them. We're taking the evening tour on the same day we arrive. I thought it would be a fun way to orient ourselves since we'll probably have napped during the day to get over any jet lag.

We've also signed up for their bike tour. It's limited to four people. Catherine from enjoyrome said it goes through busy Rome traffic, "not a pretty site (sic)!" and up and down the hills. She stressed that we should be experienced bike riders. Luckily we are. We love a challenge and this bike tour more then fits the bill! Actually it almost terrifies me but we're still going... If anyone wants to take a look at the route, it's on www.enjoyrome.com I'll give the lowdown on it when we get back from our trip!

located the name of the tour agency - Through Eternity - www.througheternity.com - take a look at their site - they did an evening wine tour with pasta that sounded quite fun but I was unable to attend but did enjoy the others I took. Have a great trip!

pws, thanks for getting back to me. I just took a look at througheternity and it might just well be a toss up between their night tour and enjoyrome's tour. I'll have to go over both more carefully. It's nice to have two good choices, though!
