English Lamb-burgers
 

Last time I was in England, I had a meal at a casual restaurant that served what I can best describe as a lamb-burger, which had some middle east spices and was served with a cucumber sauce. It was delicious. I've tried to reproduce it at home. I've searched the internet and found several recipes, but none were as good as what I had. Anybody have a good recipe I can try.
