England and Ireland with a 5 year old

My husband, 5 year old daughter, and I are taking a two week trip to England and Ireland in May.
Here is our current itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrive in London around 7 am. Do various easy sightseeing - River tour, on-off bus, London eye, etc.
Day 2 - London
Day 3 London
Day 4 - Rent a car. Drive to Hampton Court Palace, Stonehenge, then stay in Bath
Day 5 - Bath
Day 6 - Cardiff, Wales (Cardiff Castle and St. Fagan's Museum)
Day 7 - Depart from Bristol and Fly to Dublin, explore Dublin for a bit
Day 8 - Dublin
Day 9 - Newgrange
Day 10 - Drive to Killarney
Day 11 - Ring of Kerry
Day 12 - Killarney Ntional Park, Muckross
Day 13 - Drive to the Shannon area
Day 14 - Cliffs of Mohor
Day 15 - Leave from Shannon Airport

Our daughter is very good in the car and won't be bothered by long driving days, but I wonder if this is too many things. Any advice? Thanks!

Just a comment about Day 4 - >>Rent a car. Drive to Hampton Court Palace, Stonehenge, then stay in Bath<<

You probably don't want to 1) do all this on the same day, and 2) rent a car in central London for this trek. From say the Marble Arch area to HCP is at least an hour's drive on a weekday. HCP to Stonehenge will be a 2 hour drive. And Stonehenge to Bath is a 90 minute drive. Plus it takes at least 4 hours to see HCP - especially w/ children. So basically you are talking about a very tiring 9 or 10 hour day.

Hampton Court Palace is VERY easily done from central London by train. So I'd visit it from London.

if it was me, I'd take public transport to LHR and rent a car from there. Drive to Stonehenge, then on to Bath.

I am actually thinking we should skip Bath entirely and spend more time around Cardiff - The Big Pit Mine, etc. What do you think?

Aer Lingus fly's Cardiff-Dublin. You might want to split the drive between Dublin and Killarney.
