Emergency help needed - stolen passport

Regarding printing out the forms for the Embassy: everyone on line at the Embassy had done that. Since this was an emergency situation, our hotel's front desk did it for us. We told them which forms to print out ( application for a passport and explanation of missing/stolen passport.One of the hotel managers took it on as his responsibiltiy to help us solve the problem that had occurred in his country.
