I need to email the Grand Palatino Hotel in Rome, but can't get an email address because the reservation was made by a booking agent. I need to get in touch with them (don't want to call because telephone messages go awry). Can't find a site that is the hotel's own, just booking agents. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I went to Yahoo search, entered the name of the hotel and look! I found it..

You're apt to get a quicker response if you re-post your question with the hotel's name and location in the title.

Wasn't 6 minutes quick enough?

Thank you Sandi. I feel like such an idiot. We are leaving Wednesday and I've so much to do before we leave. You know, the house, the animals, getting our gear together, etc.

Hi greekartist, I note the website has a fax number. May I suggest if you need a response immediately from the hotel that you will no doubt get a quicker response if you fax them rather then email the hotel. Italians seem to take messages via fax more serious than they do emails.

And when you call them on the phone they are even faster!

So true Intrepid, but a lot of people don't feel comfortable about making a phone call to Italy so IMO a fax is second best.

A fax also gives you a copy of the message, along with a transmission verification. It's always useful to have a piece of paper confirming your reservation.
