Elizabeth Hotel

Has anyone stayed at this hotel near Victoria Station?

We have a price of L119 for a studio apartment (there are 3 of us staying 7 nights) inclusive of breakfast and VAT taxes. This seems pretty reasonable for this area. The rants and raves section on this hotel is really widespread.

Thanks in advance, LD

This hotel gets what I would consider consistently good reviews on tripadvisor.com. Have a look here. You might be able to get a slightly better rate with one of the links on the review page, although for 3 with breakfast & VAT it sounds not bad to me. The only negatives were the small elevator & the place sounds a bit worn.

Great location. Two nice pubs, Greyhound and St. George. Seafresh Restaurant for Fish and chips. Two major theaters. Bus and Underground. Walk to HardRock Cafe.

Lynne make sure we're all talking about the same Elizabeth hotel. The one I sited from Tripadvisor is near Hyde Park. On another post here about inexpensive London hotels, someone lists some Rick Steve's picks, one of which is the Elizabeth that's a former YMCA. Do a text search here for it & also check the address on tripadvisor with the address you have. Just a head's up.

Thanks for the heads up. The reviews on trip advisor are for the address I have, on Eccleston Square.
Thanks for the info
