It's a lovely experience dining at Jules Verne but, IMO it's very expensive. Lunch for two in 2007 was in excess of E450. One of us ordered a la carte and the other from the set lunch menu. I'd skip it unless you've a strong desire to go up into the tour.
A somewhat less expensive albeit just as memorable experience can be enjoyed at Le Tour d'Argent. Overlooking Notre Dame it's probably very interesting to see that view right now. It's a lovely traditional fine restaurant. For a reasonable price but still lovely and special - Bofinger. If you go, reserve for the main dining room (it's very beautiful). I've had to cancel my regular October visits for 2020 & 2021. I'm booked for 2022- fingers crossed. |
